Please be sure to select the tab for the correct grade level before scheduling each of your appointments! Note that you may also schedule a conference with PE and Music/Art if you wish to meet with those teachers. 

Preschool Parents:

• • Both PK1 and PK2 will be sending home Student Assessments

  • Parent Teacher Conferences for Pre-K 2 only upon teacher request

  • 8:00-3:05 school days for our preschool students during Parent Teacher Conference week. Share N’ Care will be available from 3:05-5:30 each day

K-8 Parents:

Parent Teacher Conferences (grades K-8) will be held on the following dates:

• • NO SCHOOL on November 4th (Mon) for students in grades 7 & 8, as teachers will be conducting junior high conferences. K-6th grade students will attend school from 8:00-3:05 on 11/4/24.

  • November 5th   (Tues)

  • November 6th   (Wed)

  • November 7th   (Thur)

  • November 8th   (Fri)

All K-8 students will be dismissed at NOON on these four days (Tues-Fri)

Share N’ Care (SNC) will be available noon-5:30. SNC is billed in 15-minute increments, at a rate of $10 per child/per hour for a K-8 student remaining on campus at 12:30. Be sure to pack a lunch for your child if they will be staying for Share N’ Care.

  • Students in 1^st-8^th grade are to attend the conference with their parent(s)/guardian(s)

  • Kindergarten – Parents only please – students do NOT attend the conference with their parent(s)/guardian(s).

  • Note that you may schedule a conference with PE and with Music/Art if you wish to meet with these teachers

  • Afterschool Programs will NOT be held on Tues/Wed/Thur this week due to conferences

  • Be sure to send your child to school with a snack for our morning break Tues-Fri
