DEADLINE: Jog-a-thon Registration and Sponsorship Form Due on 12-9-2022

Hello St. Therese Academy Families,

 

We are so excited to announce the Jog-a-thon is back after a 6-year hiatus!  

 

This fun and exciting fundraiser will take place on February 2, 2023.  We are asking our incredible STA community to help us raise funds to support the quality of our children’s education, allow us the ability to make improvements to the school ground, as well as provide physical fitness and motivation for the students.

 

Our goal is to have each student raise a minimum of $200

 

A 100% Tax Deductible Investment That Goes Directly to Our School

 

The PTG and the Jog-a-thon committee have been working hard to make sure this fundraiser is not only successful but also FUN for the students.

 

What you need to know:

 

  1. Each student will receive a FREE Jog-a-thon shirt.  The registration form link can be found below. The form needs to be filled out and returned by Friday, December 9th for students to receive their shirt.  Shirts will be distributed January 6th.

  2. Family and company shirt sponsorships are available and due Friday, December 9th. These sponsorships will count towards your students’ pledges. 

  3. Each student will have their own online fundraising page as well as a paper pledge form for easy solicitation.  If your family has multiple children and you choose to fundraise as a family, we will divide the amount raised between each student.  See the registration form for more details. Fundraising will start January 9th. More information specific to this will be sent out in the coming weeks.

  4. Students will turn in their paper pledge forms each Friday morning and our Jog-a-thon committee will tally up all the pledges from that week.  Prizes will be awarded for TOP Student Fundraiser and TOP Class Fundraiser of the week.  Prizes will be announced at the Monday morning assembly (1/16, 1/23, 1/30). More information specific to this will be sent out in the coming weeks.

  5. The overall TOP student fundraiser and classroom will receive a grand prize, as well as the student who ran the most laps.  These winners will be announced on February 8th.
